The daily service was very good. The room was wonderful, and new-fashioned, with central heating and a TV I needed.

Had a great stay overall, the room I stayed in was exceptionally GOOD with bath, a modern bathroom, for instance. The folks where kind.

Cute little hotel overlooking garden, we had a perfectly pleasant experience here. The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, to shops etc with easy access to supermarkets and shops. There were comfy beds and central heating and a TV inside the room.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Marengo in Ajaccio! The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were tastefully decorated. The air-conditioning system was perfect, providing just the right temperature without any noise or chilly breeze. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the city center but in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the excellent bakery around the corner and the cozy coffee bar next to it. The one-minute walk to the beach, with its lovely beach bar, was a definite plus. The manager made us feel like we were staying in her own home, which was a unique touch. The front garden added to the charm of the hotel, and the balcony offered a nice view of the front courtyard. Hotel Marengo provided a classy experience with high-quality fittings and a friendly, professional staff.

The hotel is located close to the beach and airport, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and nice crisp sheets. The air conditioning and two showers are great amenities. The hostess went above and beyond to provide coffee and breakfast at 4:30am, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with some more variety and options.

I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff informed me that they could offer me a gluten-free breakfast during my stay at the lovely boutique hotel. And to top it off, their coffee was absolutely delicious.

stayed in ajaccio before, but marengo exceeded all expectations. the staff was so accommodating and the rooms were beautifully decorated. loved the courtyard garden and the comfy bed. easy access to the beach and town. would definitely come back!
